1. Who we are
Phoenix Incidents, Inc ("we", "us", "our") provides the following B2B products:
- Phoenix Incident Management for Jira
- Phoenix Incident Management for Slack
- Phoenix Incident Management for PagerDuty
- A supporting Cloudflare-hosted integration service
2. Information we handle

We do not store email addresses, message content, IP addresses, or analytics that identify individual users.
3. How we protect information
Sensitive data such as OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. Non-sensitive identifiers (e.g. field and service IDs) are stored in plaintext. Access is restricted to authorised employees.
Data is currently stored in the United States. Regional storage (e.g. EU) may be offered in the future.
4. Sub-processors
- Cloudflare – hosting & storage
- OpenAI API – AI-supported incident management (transient)
- Sentry – error monitoring (PII disabled)
5. Your organisation's choices
- Disconnect any integration at any time – related credentials are deleted automatically.
- Export / delete data: email [email protected].
6. Children
Our Apps are for enterprise use only and are not directed to children under 16.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this Policy at least 10 days before they take effect.
